Fundamentals joins EA Technology as UK voltage control market set to hit £65 million

EA Technology has acquired Fundamentals, in a move backed by Summa Equity – the Swedish based investment firm, with a mission to support companies solving global challenges.
Freshly branded as Fundamentals From EA Technology, we will continue to operate from Swindon and Oldham, expanding our position as a world leader in voltage control solutions.
Amanda Mesler, Executive Chair of EA Technology, said: “The UK’s voltage control market is expected to double to £65 million by 2030, driven by Ofgem’s forthcoming ED3 Smart Networks regime, which will require more advanced grid-edge technologies, alongside strengthened Net-Zero investment incentives.
“Together, EA Technology and Fundamentals will offer customers a seamless, integrated solution – from primary substations to low-voltage feeders.
